Medical billing can be a work at home career however have you looked into medical transcription? More transcriptionists work from home than billers but some billers do work from home. You will need training however and that will cost you more than $400. Some schools do have payment plans and scholarships that may help you. At least this would be in a legitimate field though. Nothing like online survey takers or envelope stuffers.

I am not too sure what you meant by medical billing… but I can suggest you few ways to work from home and make some decent money, you can probably start with Google adsense, I have been doing this for 8 months now and the results are amazing, it requires NO big invested at all. they send you timely cheques to your home, you need to be truthful to them always with adsense.
